Mhmm well Ill start.

Skin Care
------------

I really dont have bad skin, but Ive learned the in's and out's of what to do.

If you cant afford ProActive, or, if its just to strong for your skin, try AcneFree, its at Wal-Mart, its $18, far cheaper then the $50 for ProActive, and it works pretty well, I have it for when I do break out.

Noxema Scrubs are amazing.

If you have blackheads, get a pot, fill it half way with water, boil it, get a towel, stick your head over the bowl, put the towel over your head, stay like that for 5-10 min, then use a scrub to get rid of them, then, go stick your head over the bowl again, go to a mirror, and carefully squeeze the blackheads out, yes, it looks disgusting, buttttttt it gets rid of them. =]]

Makeup
---------

Always use sunscreen on your face.

If you use foundation, put some moisterizer on your hand, and mix some foundation into it, it thins it out and makes it look better.

Never EVER line your eyes all the way around, please, it makes your eyes look tiny.

Fake eyelashes look just that, fake.

if i think of anymore..ill post em.

OK daphne u r like totally in check with all this stuff..

Well me i never usually break out or anything except once a month (u know). and when i break out i use clean and clear face wash and wash my face twice a day . if you dont break out you should only do it once a day because it dries your skin out.

When you use makeup put a little Oil-free moisterizer on your face before. then foundation on problem sport.. and then if you want a clear looking face get bronzer (there is an AMAZING bronzer at Victorias secret), but put that one and it gives u a glowing look and It doesnt make you break out because its oil free.

I agree with daphne when you do eyesliner not all the way around... If you do the corners of your eyes it makes your eyes look bigger and they POP! also dont put too much eyeliner on you upper Eye-lid... 1 because when you wipe it off it looks like it still there and that you have black eyes... 2 because some girls put on way too much and look like hookers...

Yeah thats a little thing i use .. TADAA!

P.S when you wear make up.. make it look natural cuz u look better.. and guys like it better...

Oh oh oh I have more.

To get off eyemakeup you can use
1] Vaseline, take a cotton ball, dip it in it, run it over your eye, take a clean cotton ball, and take it off.
2] Baby Oil, same as Vaseline, but make sure you face your face afterwards.
3] Baby Wipes.

I found that lotion helps take off foundation and eyeshadow. Just be careful when you are taking off your eyeshadow with lotion. It may sting if you get it in your eyes.

Leana, you could try a light bronzer in powder form, they're the best. You DON'T want to look fakely tan, which is what most self-tanners do...so please, try and stay away from those, I know from secondhand experience, my sisters are experimenting with it xD

Anyway, okay my tip is, sometimes you don't have to use moisturizer. I know I don't. If you don't have really dry skin, it's better to keep it clean and leave off lotion or any kind of greasy-ish substance.

Also, you should start off with foundation, and then add concealer if necessary, but try a powder foundation as well, it's cleaner and not as mask-like on your face. It feels light just like you're not wearing any makeup.

Follow eyeshadow directions, please, on the outside of the boxes with like, 4 colors in them. There are so many people who don't know how to do that so here's how it works. Right underneath your eyebrow, on your brow bone, you put the very lightest shade. White looks good, but also a really light tan or blue, if you feel like being colorful. In the crease of your eyelid goes the darkest color because it gives your eye depth. Sooo after that, you can add a third bright color to the lid near your eyelashes, but don't make it darker than what's on the crease. If you're left over with a 4th color..well, you really don't need that one but if you feel it's necessary too than you can apply a semi-light color right beneath the brow bone and make sure to blend everything in, otherwise you'll have the 'rainbow effect' happening Smile

Skin care, really the best tip I have is keep your face clean...it works better than any rinse or scrub or product you can think of. Putting chemicals on your face sometimes doesn't help anything and if you apply it with your fingers, it can actually makes it worse. Soo the main thing is, don't ever fall asleep with your makeup on, and just wash your face like you normally do, and maybe try it without the products. Because most of the time it works better.

For eyes, I just want to mention, you should work with your eyecolor and use its complimentary colors. My eyes are blue. I use copper liner, blue or dark brown mascara, and brown, dark blue, and light blue eyeshadow together. Almay has really cool color combos for eyecolor, so check them out if you can.

Hope I helped!

I thought I should mention something important with the cleansers and everything else is you really should test stuff before using it especially on your face.
I once used some I believe Noxzema product which gave my skin a lovely burning feeling. It was really painful and even after washing it off it burned a bit and was not pleasant at all.

Also if anyone has acne breakouts once in a while if you can I recommend the prescription Differin(adapalene) you'll need to get a doctor to prescribe it for you.

Also with summer coming up I have to stress sun screen to everyone.
It's best to use a sun screen that has UVA and UVB protection.
Make sure your using a sun screen that is strong enough for your skin type and how often you can reapply.

Also what Daphne said about blackheads you have to get the core on blackheads or they will return soon enough.

Watch out for those combination bug-repellent and sunscreen mixtures- they don't work very well from what I heard.

Never used those so I have no idea. Haven't heard anything negative or positive about it.
