Explaining boys to 4th graders. Lmao.

my best friend has twin sisters who are in 4th grade and one of them was telling me about this boy who she liked but he said that he hated her. so I told her that most boys were meant to break your heart.
well a couple days later i was with them their older sister, who is like 20something, their mom, and my best friend. and they tell their mom and sister what i said. and they started to laugh. and i was like i said most boys were meant to break your heart. and their sister said, 90% of boys will break your heart, the otehr 10% are your dad and your brothers. And even then they can break your heart. haha. so yeah. then the mom was like that is so true. i really like that line. but yeah. it was funny.

i told that to my friend today bc her boyfriend of three years broke up with her last night and had a new girlfriend by the end of the day, so i was telling her that story and it made her happy. =]
