ok well most of us have a period. i get really bad hormone rages at the time and was wondering if ya'll had any secret secrets that might help me catch them ..... it would help bunches <3

yes thats me too.. usually what i do is lock myself in my room and go to sleep haha.. and stay away from my family as much as possible. idk if this helps but its what i do...

Oh and i drink nice ice cold water too lol

Yeah I try to stay away from people, because for me..I end up being REALLY NASTY towards people, I get in really bad moods sometimes...

Or I'll find the dumbest thing to be sad about and start bawling like all day...

you wanna know what works too?? CHOCOLATE AND ICE CREAM!!! for some reason it stops my cramps for about an hr or 2 it works like wonders! haha

omg yes ! the ice cream and chocolate works ! ... everyone knows that ! ... i don't know what it is in chocolate but it heals everything ... when your sad it makes you happy ... =]]

lol anger issues are hereditary in my family so come that certain time of the month...uhm...you could say I show no mercy? xD I turn into a...well.....[b]itch. And all I do is simply avoid people xD

chocolate helps because it has chemicals in it sorta like drugs that make you feel happy

Hahah and for cramps I just plant my face on the floor with my knees under me. I normally end up crying and then falling asleep.

For my cramps I usually lay in bed curled in a really tight ball with an extremely cold glass of water next to me. After ice cream. And usually I just try and stay away from people.

lol Jaclyn, I always lay in my bed in a really tight ball, especially when Im on the phone xD So if you ever call me, you can have that lovely mentl image ^^

For cramps I get a hot water bottle, you know the pink thing you fill with hot water. Drinking water helps too sometimes. And maybe eat a little. and massage yourself.
I try to stay out of people's way. If they tease me or something I'll just explode. My lil sister especially it's plain to see when it's her time of the month, and my mom usually notices when I start acting grumpy. So it's not really a big deal. I usually only have cramps for a few hours one day. Sometimes 2 days.

how long do your cramps last?

um i curl up in a ball with a heating pad, after i take midol. and take a nap. yeah my mom can tell im going to get it like a week before because im a total (b)itch...... its really bad......really really bad!!!!! so yeah but thats all i do....i also eat a lot of bread. or eat just about anything i can get my hands on becasue i gets my mind off of the craps. and to tell u the truth i really have not had bad bad cramps. and when i dont im a major (b)itch!!!

yeah that time of the month i get so stinken sick. Yall get cramps and mean, I get sick and like slapp happy. I just bounce around everywear and have so much energy.

hahaha i so agree any kind of Chocolate works wonders for anything
