all i do is bench press and leg press sometimes curls but i do alo tof diffrent bench press stuff what do u do

wow. I totally took that the wrong way.
anyway...

I do one sit-up a day:

I sit up in the morning, thats half.
I lay down at night, thats the other half.

I think my favorite position is sitting on the chair. I work out my fingers all day long on my xbox 360. Oh and my facial muscles too with all the talking. And sometimes when I get really into my games I'll like act like I'm dodging the bullets in real life and lean to the side or jump sometimes.

well i do a whole 2 hour work usually. i warm up usually by doin a few rounds on a pounchin bag, then i isolation curl, then side bridge, then reverse bench, then regular curl, then shulder shrug, then bench press, then leg extensions, then oposite bench press, then leg curl, then reverse pull ups then 10 lbs sit ups, then upright raise, then i do sumthin for my calfs, then i do other stuff i cant remember, i dont have my list lol

i just do like 30 leg presses at 400 pounds and go up to like 750 and i bench for football

I like Seated rows at like 80 lbs

Umm, Pec Flys (they rock)

ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ... treadmils? (Cardio)

Thoes abb crunching things (forgot the name XD)

The Abb thing you kneel on and like rotate to the left or right :P

ummmm i do like at least 150 sit up/ crunches before bed and like 50+ pushups.

hmmm well right now im getting m fingers exersized by typing XD and yep XD some times I would get al my books together (they wheigh about 10 pounds) and then I would lift them alot XD XD

but anyways i dont really do much of working out except saturdays where im hauling 30+ loads of trash that range from 20-60 pounds moving about 30 cases of beer and/or rearranging the beer closet, getting about 4-5 bags of fries, 2 bags of wings, and other things for the bar/kitchen, put the bowling balls back on the rack (balls range from 6-16 pounds), do laundry (dirty rags), but my favorite part is breaking those tubes of light its fun to do if ur mad...so do that for about 8 hours...theres my workout including bowling before cause my bag weighs about 30 pounds...

hmm nice, sometimes when im mad I would go into my backyard if its freezing and I would get these huge (bout 5 pounds) things of ice and I would run around for hours with them and then throw them at my evil neighbors yard and they would get lots of mud when it melts XD

It sounds like one of those magazines in a checkout isle, "Give your mate the positions they crave." Ok I'm done.....


I do push ups running and dumbell curls. That's about all I do now....

i run about 4.5 miles, then i leg press 350, then do back extensions with a 40 pound wieght, coordinated crunches, leg throws, i do about 600 push ups a day but i do lots of diferent ones, like on my knuckles, then clapps, then fingers, then on bars, the with my feet up on the wall the strenghthen my shoulders, then a few one handed. then i bench sumtimes.
