...move a topic from the boys' chat to general again?

This has happened before, so I'm getting a bit suspicious.

Also, someone please move it back. Thank you.

I moved it back to where it belongs.
As to why it happened again...I'm with you on the theory that someone moved it. I thought it might be the site acting weird, but this is the second time this has happened. Someone needs to fess up.

I just read a PM about it that farmer Nate sent to me earlier... And moved around 50 or more topics back into Boys chat. Phwee.

I saw those, too, and thought, holy carp, Boys Chat overfloweth alright. I wasn't sure which ones actually belonged there, though, so I decided I'd let a guy mod handle them.

Just so that everyone knows, I can't moderate the Boys Chat forum. You know where it says, "You can moderate this forum" down at the bottom of the page? I don't have that there. I can move topics into the forum, but I can't edit or move things out.

It's not showing on the logs since they had to be moved back, but I'm watching them now, so yeah...

I'm not sure who it would be, but I agree that it is probably someone's idea of a joke. I can't mod Boy's Chat, and I don't think any of the other girl Mods can, so it's not us.
At least it narows it down then?

Someone moved them again, me and Cody moved back all that we saw.

What Dan said. I found a few more though. They should all be back where they started. Everythread that was moved was from the beginning of Boy's Chat to the last thread of October 31, 2008. This is getting old fast. I also have a guess at who did it.

It seems like the kind of joke David would pull, but he hasn't been here for a while. So, I dunno.

Wasn't I :D I'm not around enough and I highly doubt it's David. Just sounds like an error in the coding of the forum That is for some reason losing the information regarding where the topics go so it defaults to general chat cause it's first on list.

I didn't touch any of the pruning tools :p
Anyways, I don't think anyone is doing it, really.

You could very well be right, because it moves the same topics everytime, from the same timeframe. I wonder, if we update or post in some of old topics, maybe they wouldn't move. Either that or delete the ones we don't really need.
