i no u all hate me but.....

look i no im a biatch at times well alot of the times but io have reasons see i dont feel bad for myself and i dont mean to be cruel but i was tought the only way to be heard was to be mean and speak my mind and im posting this in advice cause i need help to not be so meanand cruel and well threatening i do very often scream at people i need help i no but now is not the time for me to get medical or professional help i dont think i need it yet i just want u all to no that wen i flip out its because im angry at sumone else and i blame it on u and thats where i need advice the thing that i just rote under general talk under the story i posted i didnt mean Im better now but i got better the hard way and thats another thing i need help with but u guys cant help me with it ull think im even stupider then i am now the real reason i am out of public school is because of gurls lieing and saying things to the principal that i never said or did i learned that ii was affraid of gurls and i still am ive realized they r cruel at times i have only met a few nice ones i have only met one that i can trust i just need help all around but im asking uif u can help me not flip out all of the time thats all i feel like riting rite now i have to go feed the dogs ttyl

Jill u no i could never hate u and here's what i do i just sit some place quit and think and i no this may sound stupid but sometimes i talk to my dog bout it and i feel better... thats what i do i no its stupid but it works for me and it's worked for some of my friends too...

my friends are all like that it's nothing to be ashamed of ... heck i even used to be like that ... but i relax when i'm mad and music is one of the best things to do .... put on some hip hop and pretend your at a party with no worries and you're just dancin' ... and that's all that matters ... no boys ... no family .... no friends ... just you, the music, and the dance floor(aka your room) .... lol ... another thing i've learned to get my nerves down is to take a hot bath with a whole bunch of suthing bath stuff ... and bubbles ..... and also gets some candles and turn the light off .... stay in there till you look like you could be in a county fair for biggest prune and the water's starting to get cold ... and you of course know the last one ... Ok, I'm not a doctor and I'm not trying to be mean, but I think you need an anger management class or two. Seriously, if you're that mad and unable to control it.

Also, I like Leana's idea; about doing something you love. Just make sure whatever you're doing won't remind you of whatever you're mad at, because that will make it worse. When I was little, I despised music because the girl who picked on me all the time was always the star singer in every school production. Now, I can listen to music and feel good, but it took me years to get over that. Time can heal a lot of things if you just let it.

i get angry a lot. usually its not as serious as you sound, though. usually i get over it in a day or so, so i might not be able to help a lot. but if i have a long-term problem the first thing i do is lock myself in my room for an hour. sometimes i will go into my almost empty closet and just sit and think. go to a quiet place where nothing can distract you, and pray...i think your a Christian so just pray to God about it. a bath usually will help. and if you wish like alanna said take a class or too. w/e talk it out with some one you trust...which i think would be a guy in your case it sounds like. Hope I helped. if you think i would ever hate you, Jill, you might as well try to turn my computer into a pig! lol...i wouldnt consider calling Pantz! lol bad decision! I WOULD NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i know you said that you don't need counsiling but it might help to talk to someone you don't know ..... you can trust them too .... sometimes i want to talk to someone i don't know .... just tell someone all my secrets without it being in a diary ... but when i go to TN with my sister i'm gonna tell her everything! .... but maybe you should talk to your mom about going to a place like that maybe 2wice a month ...... just to see and if you don't like it then you don't have to do it but i fyou like it ask your mom if you can go more often .... and the thing is their not supost to be your friend so if you yell at them it shouldn't matter .... i might look into that for a job you know. ... it sounds cool .... hopefully you get where i'm saying ... and jill if your mad at your dad it's ok to cry .... i know it helps me ... and your not a "crybaby" when you cry ... your letting out your feelings and you already know that so i'm not gonna make this a grammer class butttt ...... it helps sometimes <3

i used to go to sumone but i dont consider telling my mom everything i said private so no ill keep it in mind if i really really need it i do get help and talk to things i trust omg i took one of my dogs to an animal comunicater and he said that he loves hearing me talk lol

First off, I've never hated you.
Just really try to focus on things you like, you already spend a lot of time with dogs and I can tell you really enjoy that so that's one good thing.


If you can't stand aruging with someone because it gets you angry you could (if in a place where you can) walking away from it.

hey one more thing u could try is to write your feelings out..it always helps me because normally when i'm mad i'm confused and i don't know who to talk to and i just hate everything..but when i write my feelings out it helps because you can go back and look at what u wrote and realize what u did wrong, figure out what you should say to people in the making up process, and you calm down..so just a suggestion! And lullaby, i TOTTALY agree with u but i think you should eat icecream, while in the bath, that would be soooooo awesome [/img]
