my back hurts really really bad and it feels like somone ripped my back open and pulled all the muscles in it and then sowed it back together and all this when i'm just standing their with no numming and then laid 10000 pounds on it.... i've been going to the cirorprachtor for over a year now but it only helps for a day or maybe two and then it hurts agian .... if you know anyway of making it feel better .... but on one condition ... i don't do needles ! ... just sayin but honestly i started crying yesterday cause it hurt so bad

Try going to your regular doctor. Of course, he might just refer you back to the chiropractor, but still I'd try it.

i don't have any little siblings exept for a 7 week year old cousin and she can't walk or even crawl yet and i don't trust my cousin or my friend's little brother cause they'll think it's a free for all trampoline and start jumping and i don't think that'll help

My brothes one friend has some table he gets strapped to then the table goes up and like stretches his back out or somthing......It looks a torture device though.

Yhea my brother uses some heat pack thing and he gets medications cause when he was 19 he hurt it really bad.

Now that I think about it, have you tried taking Advil or something similar? It will get rid of the pain temporarily. Obviously, don't take it if you're allergic to it.
