People always suggest getting to know them better. I've known from experience, that Kame is right. Not that I've been lacking any action lol jk, but twice I've gotten to know the girl I liked better, and then she said that we were too good of friends.

1. Grow a pair (hardest part)
2. Talk to her
3. ????
4. Profit


Seriously though the best thing is like I said in #2 is talk to her, then ask if she wants to hang or something. The reward by far out weighs the risk. Dont ever ever ever ever go to the movies on 1st date. A place where there's a considerable amount of casual atmosphere: No romantic dinners, totally alone areas, and/or drive in movies you want to both feel comfortable about leaving if the date doesnt seem to connect. 2nd you want a place where you can talk comfortablely, and that's my advice for a first date.
