Re: Truck, Car or SUV
Hm. It depends on what you want it for.
IF you want it for hauling stuff, get a truck.
IF you have a lot of friends, get a truck or an SUV.
IF you plan a lot of four wheeling, go SUV or truck.
Now. Cars are generally better on gas, and generally the cost in their maintenence isn't as expensive as it would be for a larger vehicle. Also, cars would most likely get better gas mileage.
Also, I don't recommend going new. Used cars are just as good, most of the time even better. As soon as you drive a new car off the lot, it starts to depreciate in value, so I recommend getting a used car, unless you absolutely prefer a bran-new vehicle.
Now, I'm not saying buy the first car or truck that you see. Shop around for a while, make sure you find the vehicle for what you need it for, and make sure it's in good condition. Not only that, you'll want to make sure the price is good. You can normally find a good car for around 15,000, maybe less, depends on what you want.
And Toyota's engines are terrible. They can be good vehicles, it just depends really. Chevy's aren't too bad, but they're known for bad gas gauges. Ford's aren't too bad either, but, eh, depends on your preference.
As for cars? There's many cars that are good, you'll just have to look around. I personally think Pontiac's are pretty good cars, but it's whatever you want.
Good luck.

Re: Truck, Car or SUV
well thank you brii even though i knew all that thank you haha and gas and price isnt a concern and i dont always need to haul people but i do go offroading and hunting but a car would still ssave money but its not helpfull when i need to do work so we can take car out of the picture
Re: Truck, Car or SUV
Car, definitely.
I am very fond of the Oldsmobile Alero's, my mom has one and it has yet to have any big problems, and isn't too bad on Gasoline.
I am also quite fond of Volkswagen Cabrio's, although they may be considered "Chick-Cars".
We have a quite old German Cabrio and an Alero and they both work really well. The Cabrio we have is Stick, but I'm sure they have them in Automatic, but I like the stick. More control.
I also like Anything from Honda. : D

I figured. I was just being helpful =).
And Volkswagen equals love. KNOW WHY? Because it's German. So it wins. Obviously. Okay, done with that now. :D
I agree, anything from Honda works pretty well.
So a truck then? A truck might work better for you. Maybe a Chevy, I hear it's a pretty heavy duty truck.

^Agrees.
A horse is the way to go. Attach a bag over it's @$$ and you're helping the environment too.
