yea sometimes i want to cut my self too and somethng that helps me is when i feel like doing it i snap my wrist with a rubberband and that helps take away the want to cut. and it helps alot and it is much for safe for a way to really take away the pain. I hope i helped

that didnt work before it acctually made me do it more but i stopped and am doing it again my hole leg is now cut up with words
