My weekend was good.
Okay scratch that. It was AMAZING.

1. Uprise was awesome. Hands-DOWN, the best thing that's happened in a while. YAY SKILLET!

2. Uprise was also FREEZING when the sun went down. He gave me his hoodie because "My hoodie's warmer than yours, Madi. Just wear it."
...I tried to give it back, but he wouldn't let me =/ So he was freezing. He wouldn't take it back for about 3 hours, till we were in the car.
^ Now there's chivalry. But. I realllly wanted him to take it back xD

3. HOWEVER. I DID end up with that hoodie when he left. He wanted me to keep it. So it's now my pillow. ^.^

4. He also bought me dog tags of my own [:

5. My new iPod should be here on Wednesday morning, or so I was told =D

6. I got a reasonable amount of sleep last night.

And I just NOW realized, that Bailey's in my Technical Writing class. HAI BAILEY! =D

That Skillet concert. Saturday. MADI WAS THERE????
My friend Ben was there. It was in Shippensburg right?
He told me about it. And I almost went.
And then I was like. I can't. Soccer.
And then I was like. Hmm. Shippensburg sounds familiar. But I couldn't place it all day.
And then Tyler came over and mentioned football camp in Shippensburg and I was like "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I KNEW I RECOGNIZED THAT PLACE."
And now Madi says Skillet and I just connected the dots.
Man I'm slow. xD

Anyway. 1-1 tie soccer game yesterday. We scored first. Then our center defensemen massively couldn't breathe, so he put me at center defense. I basically had no clue what I was doing, and I missed a key defensive play, causing them to score. Then he put me on offense for the last 15 minutes of the game. I had one big breakaway.... and missed the shot. WTH. I had a few other kinda-chances, but they weren't nearly as good as my break. So basically. The tie was my fault. 1.) Letting up the goal, 2.) Missing the winning goal. *Sigh*
Oh well.

BUT I SUCK AT SOCCER. MY LIFE IS RUINED.
I swear. The coaches should just bench me for the rest of the season. Yes, even if my dad is an assistant coach. xD

Seriously though. I can't make a f*ckin' shot this year. I've got 5 assists. Possibly six, I sort of lost count. I think it's five though. I've had about... Meh, 25 chances, through 4 games, (No joke, there's no exaggeration there...) to score on my own. I have missed. Every. Freakin'. Shot. Legit.

Today. I had a ball squirt across the middle at the top of the goal box, which is 18 yards out. I turned and had a perfect shot lined up. Goal keeper was slightly shifted towards the my-left side of the goal. But still, my easiest shot was to the left side.
I kicked the hardest ball I've kicked this season. 'Twas a freakin' rocket.

....And I hit the d*mn post. THE. (Censored). POST. xD
It shook the entire net, made the loudest clang I've heard, and bounced out of bounds.

Eff my life. Eff it. xD

So we ended up tying again, 1-1. We're still in first though, temporarily ahead by a few points. Probably two, if the game after us turned out the way I predicted.
Still. Tie games are all my fault. I suck at soccer. xD

And I'm going to the Philadelphia Zoo tomorrow. Instead of church. Whoopie! xD

Fun day so far. Dodging rain drops. Of course I get semi-dressed up. I shoulda looked at the clouds and realized that idea would fail.

Church this wednesday, finding out if we're getting new youth leaders or not.. :/
