well just fyi u dont need to be on a diet and just have a goal for example for me to stop cutting i had to reach for sumthing like a bribe i guess i told myself if i stopped cutting i would get to go to africa and that didnt work so ian (ah sweet ian) lol he said that i would get a kiss if i atleast tried and that worked for a few months and i found a new distraction to keep me from doing something bad in ur case u could say after u lose a few pounds u get to meet me lol or go for wat u luv hope that helped Smile

uhhhhh i think that helped .... thanks ... lol ..... nad yes i do need a diet .... my doc said so ..... and i haven't been drinking pop for like a month and i've been doing ddr every once in a while so i've lost about 5 lbs .... and i loose (and gain) weight fast so i just go up and down up and down ..... but i'm going on vacation so i wanna be able to wear a bathing suit =]]]

well...i agree w/ jill...u dont need 2 be on a diet. BUT if u want 2 stay @ ur current weight...or like...lose a little bit...just try & eat healthier foods...@ smaller portions...& not constantly. make it a goal 4 the week. & then if u reach ur goal @ the end of the week...hav a reward ready...like, u get 2 eat chocolate or sumthing...but dont eat a lot of it!!

haha ok ..... i won't be able to get away from coco .... i'll die if i can't have coco .... but as soon as it gets warmer out (like capries and no jackets) i'll start walking everyday and i'm not drinking pop ...... put if you saw me ..... my legs are big and i could use some sit ups ...... but my calf is all musel so that's good but i do need too loose some weight ..... <3 you can't tell from my pictures cause i only put close ups on

Oh yes, 'big' ballerinas are not pretty, at all, but, you really arent big.

Um, drink alot of liquids, it helps curve your appetite.

Also, is that 150 pounds of bones, muscles, or fat? If it's fat, then I can see why you would need a diet.

Just make sure you don't lose the weight to fast, you don't want to burn muscle only fat!

Besides that I don't really know to much, because I don't need one.

I do remember one thing from when my sister was on one, and it's if you need a good snack pop corn with I can't believe it's not butter is good because it's low in calories and a lot better then junk food and for when you don't want another fruit, vegtable,etc.

Have someone to do it with.
Like my mom and I are on Weight Watchers and it helps for my mom to be there to remind me not to eat that cookie or that peice of cake.
It just helps.
You can always PM me if you need to talk or need a diet buddy.

i think im only gaining muscle and not fat at work and ive been trying to lose weight but no matter what i do i mean i eat about a couple salads a day and go outside rarely i only go out in warm weather cause then ill be able to get decent exercise so in otherwords im basically a bear in the winter and then in the spring and summer ima looking for that pic-a-nic basket booboo lol Razz

ok ... it's all of the weight things ..... muscle in my calf, heavy bones, and phat

and my mom's doing it with me ..... we're gonna stop eating fast food and i'm not gonna drink pop

but i'm in a bad mood right now so i really don't give and i need ice cream !

u need 2 not get mad over not eating!!! lol...if ur not gonna be happy....i dont think its the best...lol...i went 2 my aunts 4 a week...& she like restricts ur diet...neways, i came home & i cant eat as much @ a time now...its kinda nice...

Like when I get upset when I am on my diet what I do is find something else to do, like, pick out a meal to cook for dinner one night to help out my mom, or writing, or calling a friend on the phone. It always distracts me.
