I bet that is an awesome feeling!
I remembered something else I do to keep from eating...chewing gum. If I feel like a snack then I just pop a peice of gum in my mouth and I hate to spit out gum once I have it in my mouth so I just keep chewing it. Then the urge to eat usally goes away.

It is very hard to lose weight.
Its a battle even.
I only lost one pund this week and it sadens me.
I tried so hard.
Ate right.
Only had a serving.
And exercised.
But you gotta go with it.

Awe.
My mom and I did it once like right as winter was starting.
But now she works night shift and it is hard for her to be able to wake up at like 5am to walk around the block (3 miles).

well my mom WON'T get me up at 5 to walk ... lol ... we'll walk before i go to my friends house for half an hour or in the day when i have nothing planned ... lol ... absolutly NO ONE wakes me up earlier than 7 hahaha

ok first thimgs first, you dont go on a diet..you make it a lifestyle. If you go on a diet i guarantee you will have to come off of it eventually, then you will gain the weight back.
and the most important thing is calories in versus calories out. if you eat to many calories (even if its healthy) you will get fatter.
and you wanna eat about 5 meals a day since youre a girl. now im not talking big meals. figure out how many calories you need a day and divide it by 5. and eat a however many calories that is about every 3 hours or so. the reason you eat so often is because that way as soon as you digest what youve eaten you eat again and it keeps your metabolism through the roof. the higher your metabolism the more calories you burn when doing nothing as well as exercise. if you only eat two meals a day you will see results very fast, pounds will just fall off...but i got news, its muscle not fat. and even worse, if you dont eat enough for too long a period of time your body goes into starvation mode and i will bet money once it does you wont lose any fay cuz your body makes it almost impossible. youll still lose more muscle though.
there is a big difference between losing weight and losing fat...
losing fat takes time and patience and dedication...
and yes i know what im talking about, i wanna be a personal trainer so im studying this stuff. and ive personally lost 40 lbs. and gained muscle mass in the past year...
that should be enough for right now to get you on the right track. I hope you follow this and lose weight the right way...other wise you could screw up your metabolism and make it that much harder to lose fat the next time you try...

yeah i wanna loose fat ... but i weigh 150 and when i tell people thier like yeah right ... lol .... i have a LOT or muscle on my legs and my calfs are only muscle .... but yeah thanks i'll keep that in mind .... but i wanna loose weight for when i go to germany this summer ... lol .... there's a lot of cute german's out their waiting for me and my friend to come ... lol

haha im sure there are. and everyone has their muscle spots and fat spots. my calves are solid as a rock too. but you know. it just takes time and patience. i know a decent amount about the subject so if you have any questions just pm me and ill try and help you further

ya my legs and arm are rock and i run 3 miles everyday, bike 6 miles everyday, and walk atleast 2 everyday.. and then if u add the climbing, skateboarding, and bmxing.. i don't no what it would add up to but i get really active in summer

i used to be a couch patato in the summer and always wanted to get out in blizzards ... but now i just get out in the summer cause i hate the cold .... and i hate being inside .... it's so stuffy and i love going out in the rain ... just the sound of birds and the rain drops hitting the leaves is really peaceful and i could walk in it for hours .... but i hate bikes ... wait let me refraze that .... bikes hate me ... lol .... but i just got a new one so i better be nice to her ... lol .... i guess i should name her ... haha jk .... but yeah skateboarding gave me back problems and i just don't trust my self rock climbing even though i;m stapped in ... lol .... i like sitting outside and walking ..... and hiking .... so i might do a lot of hiking and walking this summer but when i'm in germany i'll be biking a lot ... from 10am-12am haha

Haha my one friends dad wanted a tan so he did somthin like putting some kinda baking oil stuff on him like a lot of people do but he fell asleep while he was tanning and looked really funny it prolly hurt pretty much to lol.....
