haha ... that's .... odd ... lol .... i need to use sunscrean cause my skin gets really dry from the sun so my skin would feel like sand paper ... lol ... and my face burns ... it's a tan but it hurts ... lol

yeah .... that's how i am ... i burn but it's not red or it's a daul red cause it already turned into a tan but it burns so bad and i have to put a lot of alo(sp) on it

if i try to tan i wont but if i'm walking around like in kennywood i'll be tan and if i'm swimming i'll be tan but it don't work that way when i'm just lieing out in the sun

If I don't use sunscreen or already have a tan my chest and face burns lol. When I have a tan I don't get sun burn at all so I wear sunscreen for like 2 days a year.

just so you know you dont have to do one hundred crunches a day...technically you dont have to do any crunches EVER to have a 6 pack...you just have to lose the fat on your stomach, cuz everyone has a 6 pack. its just hidden under fat, get rid of the fat and *poof* you have a 6 pack. ALTHOUGH doing crunches will make your abs larger, stronger and tighter...but its not neccesary for attaining a 6 pack...oh and dont do them every day either. every other or every third day is fine. and theres more but i dont really feel like typing it all...
