i'm going to a dance but the people said not to wear a dress

ok so i'm goin to the school dance and they said not to wear a dress or skirt cause the guys are pervs ... ! ... so i don't want them looking up their ... what should i wear !!!!! they said be casual but i don't want to do that !

i'm 5 feet and then half an inch ... not to tall ... plus i'm not all that skinny so i have to be carefull what i wear
